These Terms govern your use of the Insalonia platform (the "Service") provided by Insalonia ("Insalonia", "we", "us"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Insalonia provides booking, calendar, client, payments, SMS and AI assistant tools for beauty and wellness businesses. We may add, change or remove features over time.

You must not, and must not allow others to:

• use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam or harassment;
• infringe any intellectual property or privacy right;
• interfere with the security or integrity of the Service (malware, probing, scraping, reverse engineering);
• resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service without our written consent.

Insalonia and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Service, including software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The Service is provided "as is" and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms in addition to these Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit and for the content uploaded through your account, including data relating to your own clients. You grant Insalonia a limited licence to host and process this content solely to provide the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service in the event of: material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. You may cancel at any time from your account. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Insalonia is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to indemnify Insalonia against claims arising from your content, your customers' data, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at Insalonia' registered place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
