30-day money-back guarantee
Insalonia offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription purchases of the Insalonia platform. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the original order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as Merchant of Record for all Insalonia orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address used at checkout, or
- Email us at info@insalonia.com and we will help arrange the refund with Paddle.
After the refund window
After the 30-day window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel at any time to avoid future charges. Cancellations stop the next renewal; your subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
Deposits taken from your customers
When you enable deposits on your public booking page, those deposits are collected from your customers and are governed separately by your own cancellation terms. Insalonia does not arbitrate disputes between you and your customers about deposits.
